Weekly update

I haven't been following along as strictly as I could, but I have been drinking a bunch more water and am keeping with the diet about 3/4 time.  At a week or so in, I've lost about 6lbs.

Weight:   I incorrectly said I was at 226.8 at the beginning of this blog, but in reality I was 234. so I am now at 228.
Neck:        15.5"
Chest:        46"
R Arm:      13.5"
L Arm:       13.5"
Waist:        41"
Abdomen: 45.5"
Hips:         45.5"
R Thigh     21.5"
L Thigh     20"
R Calf       16.5"
L Calf       16.5"

Onward and upward to week 2!
