The Books have Arrived!

Came home from work today to see that the two books I ordered, "Eating 4 Your Blood Type" by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo and "The 4 Hour Body" by Tim Ferriss.  The blood typing kits I ordered haven't arrived yet, but they should be here the next few days.

It's 5 months, 1 week & 5 days until March 21, 2014, which is my goal day.

Here are some starting statistics (don't judge to harshly, I'm fragile - and a bit poofy).

Weight: 226.8 (It's important to note that this is still down 9lbs from my heaviest ever - at 235.  I lost 15lbs previously on IsaGenix and have thus far been able to keep at least some of it off. )

Chest:        46"
R Arm:      13.5"
L Arm:       13"
Waist:        41"
Abdomen: 45.5"
Hips:         45.5"
R Thigh     21"
L Thigh     22"

I will post "before" pictures the first day of the new diet, which will probably be Monday.  Need some time to sort out all of the menu restrictions, plus it just seems fitting to start a new diet on a Monday.
