So.  I will be 32 years old on March 21st, 2014.  I have made a goal of losing (as the title might suggest) 32lbs at least by then.  I have decided to keep a blog of my progress.

Today I ordered 2 books, "Eating 4 Your Blood Type" and "The 4 Hour Body".  They arrive on Tuesday.  I am approaching this from with tools from several different plans, as one has never quite done the trick.  I plan on going back to my gluten free diet, and incorporating the suggestions from both of the books mentioned above.  I am also going to incorporate the occasional cleanse from Isagenix, with which I had a great 15lb loss success with when I tried their 9-day cleanse program last March, just before my birthday and stating my new job with Coffman Engineers.  I think the combination of the 'instant gratification' of the cleanse with the sustainable life & diet changes provided by the blood type book, and they exercise program in the 4-hour book might do the trick.

I will post starting measurements & pictures later this week.
